Since last five decades I am actively involved in social and professional world. Having started my career as a teacher, contribution continued in different sectors like Politics, Social upliftment, Co-operative and Educational sector. During these times I got opportunity to be a member of Zilla Parishad, President of Zilla Parishad, Director of Sugar factory, President of District bank, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) and Member of Parliament (M.P.). I also got the opportunity to travel different countries like America, Germany, France, Japan, Korea, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, and Russia. Having studied the socioeconomic factors of different countries importance of Education was strengthened in me. I was motivated and more than convinced Education is one of the ladders for upliftment of people living in rural area. To realize this dream I opened a school in year 1979 under the aegis of Mula Education Society at Sonai. Gradually the educational activities progressed into an Arts, Commerce, Science college, B.Ed/D.Ed, M.B.A., Agriculture, Pharmacy and Dental College. The educational activites spread from sonai to across Nevasa tehsil, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad and Pune. Yash Institute of Pharmacy was established in year 2004 at Aurangabad under the aegis of Smt. Taisaheb Kadam Sevabhavi Foundation and Research Centre.
Having successfully worked in different positions and at different capacities across socioeconomic sectors I consider my journey as a teacher to be most satisfying and memorable. Hence I believe in this technology oriented world, there is need of apt education and overall development of student. Management has tried its best to provide all infrastructure facilities. Now the onus is on teaching, non- teaching staff and students to best utilize the facilities and ensure Yash Institute of Pharmacy is recognized as one of the best Educational and Research Institute. I wish all students graduating from Yash to get all opportunities and wish them to be a successful Professional as well as a good human being…
